Anti-human trafficking policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
MuseNest Club, operated by Phoenix Consulting Group, LLC, has a zero tolerance policy
toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any content that facilitates, glorifies, or
promotes the trafficking of persons. This page explains our policy, what we prohibit, and how to
report concerns.
1.Our commitment
Human trafficking is a serious crime and a grave violation of human rights. MuseNest Club is a
digital content subscription platform — all activity on this platform is between consenting adults
for lawful digital content only. We actively work to ensure our platform is never used to facilitate
exploitation.
- We maintain a zero tolerance policy: any account found to be facilitating trafficking is immediately suspended and reported to law enforcement.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement, NCMEC, and other authorities investigating trafficking-related offenses.
- We train staff to recognize indicators of trafficking and exploitation in platform content and communications.
2.Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on MuseNest Club under all circumstances:
- Any content that advertises, solicits, recruits, or facilitates human trafficking.
- Content depicting or promoting sexual exploitation of any person.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — zero tolerance, no exceptions.
- non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — content featuring any real person in a sexual context without their documented, verified consent. Non-consensual content of any kind is prohibited.
- Using messaging, tipping, or custom content features to arrange offline meetings or in-person services of any kind.
- Content that uses coded language to obscure solicitation or trafficking activity.
- Any content involving persons under 18 years of age — see our Age verification policy.
3.Indicators we monitor for
Our team monitors for, and acts on, indicators that may suggest exploitation or trafficking, including:
- Scripted, non-spontaneous language suggesting a creator is not acting freely.
- Descriptions referencing third-party "managers" who control accounts or earnings.
- Requests for off-platform meetups or services in messaging or content descriptions.
- Multiple accounts sharing the same payment details or device fingerprint in ways suggesting centralized control.
If our review team identifies credible indicators of exploitation or trafficking, we suspend the account immediately and report to law enforcement without prior notice.
4.Creator verification
All creators on MuseNest Club must verify their identity and age before publishing content. Verification
requires a government-issued photo ID and a live selfie match. Creators must be the person depicted
in their content and must provide written consent for all persons appearing in their content.
See the 2257 Compliance Notice for records requirements.
5.How to report suspected trafficking
If you see content or behavior on MuseNest Club that you believe may involve trafficking or exploitation,
please report it immediately:
- In-platform: use the Report button on any post or profile.
- Email: [email protected] — subject line "Trafficking Report." You may report anonymously.
