Yes. Upgrade to Growth from your creator dashboard at any time. Cancel the Growth subscription at the end of your billing cycle and return to Starter — your content and subscribers stay intact.
Revenue is aggregated monthly. Payouts are issued after the dispute/chargeback window clears on each transaction. Your pending and settled balance are visible in your dashboard.
Processor chargebacks are deducted from your balance. Fans who initiate fraudulent chargebacks after accessing content may have their accounts suspended. See our Refund Policy.
Subscribers pay only the price set by each creator. There is no separate MuseNest Club membership fee for fans.
Subscriptions are recurring — a subscriber is billed each billing period (monthly or annual, as set on the tier) until they cancel. Charges appear on the subscriber's card or bank statement as MUSENESTCLUB. Subscribers can cancel anytime from their account page and keep access through the end of the paid period.
