Creator-side verification

Every creator on MuseNest Club must complete identity and age verification before any content can be published. We collect government-issued photo identification and a date of birth, reviewed by our compliance team. Content depicting any person other than the uploading creator additionally requires a signed 2257 release form on file before publication. Subscriber-side age gate

MuseNest Club presents an age-attestation gate before allowing access to any creator content. The attestation is recorded with a timestamp; access is gated by a session cookie. We may require renewed attestation periodically. We do not collect a copy of your government ID for routine browsing.

Child safety

The safety of minors is our absolute highest priority. MuseNest Club has a zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting or simulating persons under the age of 18 in a sexual context.
