Acceptable use policy
Last updated: May 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how all users — fans, creators, and visitors — may use
MuseNest Club, operated by Phoenix Consulting Group, LLC. By accessing or using MuseNest Club, you agree
to this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and referral
to law enforcement.
1.Platform scope
MuseNest Club is a digital content subscription platform. All transactions on the platform are for
digital deliverables only — photos, videos, audio, written posts, and digital messaging. The platform
may not be used to arrange, negotiate, advertise, or facilitate any offline service of any kind.
2.Age requirements
No minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use MuseNest Club in any capacity —
as a fan, creator, or visitor to age-restricted content. Any content depicting or simulating a person
under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement.
Creators must verify that all persons depicted in their content are 18 or older at the time of the
depiction and must maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
3.Prohibited content
The following content is prohibited on MuseNest Club under all circumstances:
- Any content depicting, simulating, or sexualizing minors (persons under 18)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), sometimes called "revenge porn," and non-consensual deepfakes of real people
- Content depicting real or simulated violence, torture, gore, or animal cruelty
- Content that glorifies, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Content depicting persons who have not provided documented consent to be depicted
- Bestiality, necrophilia, or other content prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 2257A or analogous law
- Malware, spyware, phishing materials, or other malicious code
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — no exceptions
4.Prohibited conduct — all users
- Attempting to circumvent age verification, payment systems, or access controls
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading content from the platform without written permission
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from MuseNest Club
- Accessing another user's account without authorization
- Distributing, re-uploading, or commercially exploiting any creator's content outside the platform
- Using automated bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in ways not permitted by the API
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, subscription limits, or platform rules
- Impersonating another person, business, or MuseNest Club staff
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or attempting to dox any other user
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
5.Prohibited conduct — messaging, tips, and custom content
Platform scope reminder: Messaging, tipping, and custom content requests are for
digital interaction only. Any attempt to use these channels to arrange offline meetings or services
violates this AUP and our Terms of Service.
The following are prohibited in all messages, request descriptions, and tip memos on the platform:
- Requesting, proposing, or negotiating any offline meeting or in-real-life service
- Quoting prices for offline services or asking for deposits unrelated to digital content
- Sharing contact information for off-platform solicitation
- Using coded vocabulary associated with offline services to evade this policy
- Sending threats, sexually explicit messages to users who have not opted into them, or hate speech
Message threads are subject to automated and manual review for policy compliance. Violations may result
in DM disabling, suspension, or permanent ban without refund.
6.Creator-specific rules
- Identity: You must be a real person, 18 or older, and the content creator (or have documented rights to the content).
- Consent documentation: Any content featuring additional persons requires a signed release form with government-issued ID on file. See the 2257 Compliance Notice for details.
- Accurate descriptions: Do not misrepresent the nature of your content or use deceptive subscription tier descriptions.
- No third-party content: Do not upload content you do not have rights to (photos of other creators, studio-produced content without license, AI-generated deepfakes of real people without consent).
- Compliance with law: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable federal, state, and local law, including obscenity statutes in your jurisdiction.
7.Intellectual property
Do not upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of
any third party. If you believe content on MuseNest Club infringes your rights, see the
DMCA / report content page for the takedown procedure.
8.Privacy of others
- Do not post another person's private information (name, address, phone, financial details) without their consent.
- Do not share screenshots or recordings of private messages without consent of all parties.
- Do not upload content that captures identifiable non-consenting individuals in private situations.
9.Enforcement
MuseNest Club may take any of the following actions in response to AUP violations, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Remove or restrict specific content
- Disable messaging or specific platform features
- Suspend the account temporarily
- Permanently terminate the account without refund
- Preserve evidence and report violations to law enforcement and/or NCMEC
For severe violations (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud), termination and law enforcement
referral are immediate and non-negotiable. There is no appeal for CSAM-related terminations.
10.Reporting violations
