MuseNest Club operates as a digital content subscription platform. The compliance program below is what we run on every creator account and every piece of content. None of these are optional.
Every creator must verify their legal identity and age before any content is published. We require government-issued photo identification and a date of birth on file.
Any content depicting a person other than the uploading creator requires a signed release form attesting to that person's age and consent. Release forms are reviewed and approved by our compliance team before content can be published. Records are retained indefinitely as required by federal law.
Every image upload runs through automated content screening before it reaches the database. Screening fails closed — if the screening service is offline, the upload is rejected. CSAM detection is zero-tolerance: any flagged content results in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Subscribers can report any post directly from the content feed. Reports are reviewed by our compliance team. Minor-safety reports are escalated immediately. Contact [email protected] for any urgent concern.
MuseNest Club does not host, broker, or facilitate in-person services. Messages, tips, custom requests, and payments are for digital deliverables only. Attempts to use the platform to arrange offline meetings will result in account suspension.
