MuseNest Club operates as a digital content subscription platform. The compliance program below applies to every creator account and every piece of content. None of these are optional.
Every creator must verify their legal identity and age before any content is published. We require government-issued photo identification and a date of birth on file.
Any content depicting a person other than the uploading creator requires a signed release form attesting to that person's age and consent. Release forms are reviewed and approved by our compliance team before content can be published. Records are retained indefinitely as required by federal law.
Every image upload runs through automated screening before it reaches the database. Screening fails closed — if the service is offline, the upload is rejected. CSAM detection is zero-tolerance: any flagged content results in immediate account suspension and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. There is no second chance once a CSAM determination is made — no appeal, no reinstatement.

Subscribers can report any post directly from the content feed. Reports are reviewed by our compliance team within one business day. Minor-safety reports are escalated immediately. Contact [email protected] for any urgent concern.
